If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! As an AirBNB host and a decorated hotel snob, I must say that Avery and William's place is by far the best I've ever experienced. Pictures don't do it justice. Their place was spacious, tastefully decorated and squeaky clean (i.e., not single strand of hair could be found and the linens looked like they were steamed/pressed, everything was neatly organized, etc.). Everyone was comfortable and it truly felt like home. We are already thinking about booking again for the summer. Thank you for providing us with a perfect stay. One last thing, the place is fully stocked with any and everything you might need. Avery and William were thoughtful in thinking through all the details.

We booked this space for our corporate team retreat. The space and separated units was absolutely perfect!

The main unit had plenty of space for our meeting work and the smaller units were perfect for quiet down time. Avery was so thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and more. From still and sparkling water to Nespresso coffee pods and Lindt chocolates, we felt pampered and welcomed. Honestly, it wasn’t missing a thing! This is a beautiful home boasting three living spaces for a large group. We had a work trip all the way from New Zealand and managed to house all 8 of us easily and in our own spaces so as to not be overcrowded. Amazing hosts, so thoughtful and really went the extra mile. We loved every minute of staying here it was so peaceful, clean, comfortable (beds are amazing!) and a home away from home. A great way to travel together but still have the privacy you are after.

We stayed here with our wedding party and everyone loved the place! It was absolutely perfect - everyone had a place to sleep and the place was spectacular and very clean.

This Airbnb in Barrie was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better. It’s located a 10 minute drive from Barrie’s downtown core with many restaurants, the city waterfront, and marina. It was a perfect base from which to explore the area. The house was immaculately clean, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of.

The house itself was impressive. You can tell it was thoughtfully constructed to host guests. We couldn’t believe it had 7 king size bedrooms.

Avery’s home is so stunning and well kept. Amazing for a large group. We rented it out for my friends bachelorette party and comfortably fit more than 15 girls. Not only is the place even more gorgeous then the photos, it feels homey and it is stocked with everything you need for a getaway stay. We actually couldn’t believe how useful the kitchen was and didn’t need to bring anything extra to make a dinner feast for the girls. Would definitely recommend this place and the host! She was super responsive to all questions and msgs.

Avery's place is BEYOND incredible! We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The place was incredibly clean and exactly like the photos. We celebrated a bachelorette party with 16 guests and we had more room than needed. The backyard is huge and has a few different hangout spots with a dining table and couches, muskoka chairs, firepit and a fire table and so much more! When needed, Avery was so quick to communicate and help us with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend Avery's place and we cannot wait to go back!

Nothing but five stars!

Everything from check in to check out was fantastic! She really is a super host! From offering to decorate for my husband’s 40th birthday, allowing an hour early check in, house stocked with paper goods, towels, Nespresso and sparkling water, Avery was amazing! The house offers 3 separate suites which is great for privacy. We stayed here with 7 couples and we all stayed comfortably with the 7 king bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor area that is surrounded by the beautiful nature.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars!
