Each of our wedding formats is designed with intention. The included core elements, timeline, and service team are predefined to prevent escalation. Instead of customizing decor and vendors, make your wedding uniquely yours with the company you invite and the memories you create.

This is your real, legal ceremony, and more importantly, the celebration of your marriage in front of those who matter most to you. Our formats deliver the full experience arc of traditional western weddings. We have simply refined away all the excess, bloat, and sprawl, created by the economically driven modern day wedding industry. That’s how we deliver in two to four concentrated, choreographed hours, what others deliver in twelve diluted ones.

In-person visits can be arranged on a case-by-case basis based on availability. Our patrons privacy is of extreme importance. While possible, it can often be easier to set up a video call and tour the property in that way.

You are sheltered by a luxurious decorated wedding tent large enough to accommodate our thirty-two person wedding format. The tent is ready for your use for the duration of our operating season. It covers you and your guests not only in the chance of rain, but also provides much-needed shade during the hot, sunny days.

We deliver these wedding formats as a set team so that we can consistently deliver the results our patrons are seeking. This prevents coordination complexity and protects the format. Live musicians are the exception and we may be able to accommodate yours on a case-by-case basis. Specific details can be reviewed on your fit call.

No. You and your guests have private and exclusive use of the estate setting for the duration of your reserved time. We highly encourage punctuality. Don’t be late to your wedding day!

We take reservations up to 18 months in advance. Availability for each season is extremely limited.

Once you have decided to go ahead, a digital agreement is sent, and a deposit is payable to secure your reservation. Once you have digitally signed the agreement and paid the deposit, your wedding date is reserved.

A deposit is payable immediately as part of reserving your wedding date. The value of the deposit is shown beside each wedding format above on this webpage. For the Elopement and Microwedding formats, the remaining balance is due sixty days prior to your wedding. For the full Wedding format, 40% is due ninety days prior, and the remaining 40% sixty days prior. If you are reserving your wedding within sixty days of the event, the deposit will be payable immediately as usual, then we allow up to 3 business days (weekends and statutory holidays excluded) to receive the balance.

All initial deposits are payable by credit card or e-transfer. For the Elopement format, the balance is also payable by credit card or e-transfer. Payment of non-initial-deposit balances for the Microwedding and Wedding formats by credit card are acceptable and subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

A member of our team will schedule a phone call with you to familiarize you with your wedding day timeline, and send you information and guidance for next steps. Then, as soon as you’re ready, you will let us know the names and email addresses of the guests that will be attending your wedding so that we can send them their wedding invitations. Because your wedding format takes care of all the planning and logistics, there is no other “work” for you to do!

Guest caps are fixed per format to preserve the structure of your experience. If you have purchased an Elopement or Microwedding format, and wish to move to a larger format, we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
